Project Coordinator | Customer Service - Commercial Printing Company

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator to manage commercial print projects from order entry through production and delivery. This role acts as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring print jobs are produced accurately, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer print orders and supplied artwork for basic print readiness
• Create job tickets, enter orders into MIS, and track job status throughout production
• Coordinate jobs through prepress, press, finishing, and shipping departments
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding specifications, timelines, and revisions
• Verify job details including size, stock, colour, bleeds, finishing, and delivery requirements
• Identify and resolve artwork issues, production challenges, and scheduling changes
• Support estimating, scheduling, and general administrative tasks as required

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial print production (digital, offset, wide-format, or finishing)
• Strong understanding of print terminology, work flows, and production processes
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience working with Adobe files (PDF, InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
