We are looking for an Admin Assistant for a Marble products manufacturer located in Vaughan. In this role you will be assisting administration department with the following tasks:
• Assist Management and Sales team with administrative and clerical tasks
• Data entry including basic book keeping tasks
• Customer inquiries and work order coordination
• Employee and Vendor Scheduling
• Follow up on order inquiries
• Other clerical office duties as requested by the supervisor
You must a quick learner and have great communications skills, be comfortable in excel and other Microsoft office product. Would be great knows if you have experience working with Quick books.
