Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee night shift operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. Responsible for supervising mechanics and electricians, managing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
• Skilled trades license preferred (Industrial Millwright & Electrician)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure safety compliance

Skilled trades license – Candidate should preferably have Dual license (Industrial Millwright & Electrician)
