Job Title: Construction Landscaping Labourer

Job Description:

We are looking for reliable Construction Landscaping Labourers to assist on residential and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will work under the direction of a supervisor or foreman and perform a variety of general labour tasks to support daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with debris clean-up, demolition, digging, and moving materials.
• Operate and use basic construction tools, including:
• Shovel
• Wheelbarrow
• Screw gun
• Hammer, and other hand tools as required
• Support skilled trades as directed by the supervisor or foreman.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Work in compliance with WSIB safety regulations and company standards.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, kneeling, and repetitive movements.
• Lifting and carrying moderate to heavy materials above waist level.
• Working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
