Distribution Centre Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not Limited To

• First point of contact at the Distribution Centre, front desk, managing incoming calls, attendance for all salaried associates at this location
• Maintain Office Supplies/Distribution supplies and cleanliness
• Process paperwork for distribution shipping schedule i.e. receiving, pick lists, packing slips, BOL
• Process PO’s and enter data into inventory software
• Ensure all orders are printed and distributed as scheduled
• Maintain transportation schedule, working with Customer Service Group (CSG) and Bridgewood Customer Brokerage Services Inc. insuring all proper information is on the sales order, and ensure onsite dates and times are met
• Perform return to vendor (RTV) administrative functions
• Enter and file adjustments and forward all applicable paperwork to Finance Department at Head Office
• Assist with inventory procedure and process
• Provide administrative assistance to the supervisors and Director of Distribution Centre
• Coordinates staff social activities, workshops, meetings and conference calls as required
• Additional administrative functions as required
• Maintain distribution centre processes and procedures

Candidate Must Possess the Following

• Must have post-secondary education or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre
• A passion for being in a support role
