General labour bakery / food production

Position details:

Joining a cake manufacturing facility as a general labour bakery worker. Duties vary by department and may include mixing, portioning, baking support, packing, sorting, material handling, and basic quality checks. Position begins as temporary; reliable, safety-minded workers who demonstrate strong attendance and a willingness to learn are often offered full-time roles.

Must have skills and experience:

• Previous experience in food production or bakery work is an asset but not required
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene procedures
• Physical stamina to stand for full shifts and safely lift up to 20–25 kg
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic reading and communication skills to follow instructions and production labels
• Willingness to work variable shifts (early mornings, weekends) as required
